The standard company incorporation process typically takes 3 to 4 weeks, while the urgent process takes up to 5 working. These are Portuguese government waiting times. Touchdown prepares and submits your application within one working day using in-house legal expertise and best in class automation.
The government fees for the standard incorporation procedure that typically takes 3 to 4 weeks is included in Touchdown's pricing. The urgent procedure which takes up to 5 working days is an additional €220 EUR. This is a Portuguese government fee.
In Portugal, the government issues pre-approved company names. If you want a specific name (rather than a pre-approved one or your own personal name), you'll need to pay €75 EUR additionally for a certificate approving the chosen name. This is a Portuguese government fee.
Communication with your dedicated account manager is done by e-mail. This ensures you always have clear and personalised guidance. You can also request a WhatsApp group with the Touchdown team if preferred.
